We’re now in the final stages of our essential carriageway repairs on the M5 at junction 27, near Willand. In early March, we successfully removed the contraflow on the M5 around junction 27. The contraflow was in place while we worked on the southbound carriageway.
The Parish Council is aware of the following traffic issues: - parking opposite the junction to Tiverton Parkway - lorries in Chains Road - Turnpike - speed limits
The Parish Council have been in contact with Devon County Council Highways who have contacted South West Water.
The final phases of our works Our essential repairs are progressing well on the southbound carriageway of the M5 at junction 27, near Willand. Including both the northbound and southbound carriageways, we have repaired a total of 191 concrete bays and resurfaced over 38km of lanes on the motorway.
