Somerset Sight is a local charity that supports visually impaired people in and around Somerset. The Mobile Advisory Service is a mobile shop stocked with various gadgets and resources that can assist the visually impaired.
A yellow heat-health alert is in place for the South West this week until 6pm on Sunday 22 June. Yellow alerts are issued during periods of heat which would be unlikely to impact most people but could impact those who are particularly vulnerable.
Somerset Sight, a not-for-profit charity, which supports and advise blind and partially sighted people have a Mobile Advisory Service vehicle which is now visiting the following Devon towns - Axminster, Cullompton, Honiton and Tiverton.
The Somerset Sight Mobile Advisory service is a resources and advice centre for blind and partially sighted people. It has a range of items to assist with daily living and information. Donna will be at the below locations on the dates and times specified. No appointment necessary, just pop along.
